Vital Eye Cream
Vital Eye Cream
Daniel Cole recommends the VITAL Eye cream to be used under make-up. It dries and soaks into the skin so make-up goes on easily, and there is NO OILY RESIDUE causing eye makeup to smear or smudge.
Vital eye cream is now the anti-oxidant eye cream
Great for under DCC concealers for easy application and soaks in so that there is no smudging under eyes. Can also be used as a sheer nighttime eye cream
