Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Black food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, melted butter, and eggs until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and baking powder.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.

- Drop spoonfuls of batter onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping into spooky forms.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until edges are golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
