Sweet Black Pepper Herring

This fresh and peppery herring was inspired by Rav Levi Yitzchak of Berditchev (Bird-itch-of) (1740-1809). Born in the town of Husakiv (Goo-saw-cove), now Ukraine. Rav Levi was known to be a righteous scholar even from his youth but he was best known as the “Defender of the Jewish people” because of the lengths he went to find the good in every person, displaying his obsessive love for all of His people, whether evil or pure.

Each container is prepared individually by hand, ensuring a consistent quantity and quality throughout.
