Datanli coffee is grown in a true sanctuary of biodiversity, the Reserva Coperaco, nestled in the heart of the Datanlí - El Diablo Nature Reserve in Nicaragua. Only 15% of this land is used for coffee cultivation, while the rest consists of majestic mountains and pristine water sources, preserving a rich and untouched ecosystem.
The reserve is biologically diverse and is home to more than 250 species of birds, including the famous Quetzal.
This legendary bird emerges from its nest every morning to bask in the first rays of sunlight, symbolizing the harmony between nature and the cultivation of our coffee.
