Jezebel Root (Pinus abies)- Norway Spruce is commonly used as a replacement for true Jezebel Root when it is out of season. (If you are looking for Queen Elizabeth Root, that is Orris Root) but it is often used as Jezebel root all the same. True Jezebel Root is seasonal and is known as Louisiana Iris (Iris fulva, Iris hexagona, Iris brevicaulis Iris giganticaerulea, and Iris nelsonii, iris versicolor)
