Oven-Baked Fried Rice 6 cups parboiled rice 8-9 cups of water 1 cup oil 36oz thawed mixed veggies
How to make 1. Pre-heat oven to 290oF
2. Rinse rice until water runs clear. Drain well in a strainer. 3. Boil water in a kettle or pan. 4. In an oven-safe dish, add rice, oil, water, Albasa Fried Rice blend, mix well and cover tightly with tin foil. 5. Bake for 1hr 30min or until dry. mixing hallway through. 6. Add mixed veggies in the last 10 min of cooking. 7. Mix and serve with any meat of your choice
