This is an RCA Music Club label variation of The Beach Boys - American Summer. The variation is most noticeable in the rim text along the top of the labels, especially on Record 2 or Sides C and D in how far the text wraps down the label. The text on this release is significantly more compact and difficult to read. There are also minor spacing differences noticeable in the catalog number to the right of the spindle hole and to the phonographic copyright information above the Captiol Logo.
