This Fairy Kei-inspired ensemble includes a two-tiered ruffle skirt with center back invisible zipper closure, and modified sailor bomber jacket for all of your kawaii neon dreams. Finish off the jacket with rib knit hem & cuffs, snap front closures, and faux welt pockets for easy sewing, and customize the skirt with included bowtie-style bows. 

All CUT/SEW patterns are printed on sturdy 30 lb bond paper and packaged in reusable zip-top bags for easy storage. Each pattern includes sizes S-XL and can be modified using the included adjustment instructions to fit up to a US dress size 20.
