Midnight Truffle Mac & Cheese
As the clock strikes midnight, Oliver reaches for our signature Kitchen + Metal copper saucepan...
Ingredients:
- 8 oz cavatappi pasta
- 2 tbsp Kitchen + Metal artisanal butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup sharp cheddar, grated
- 1/2 cup gruyère, grated
- 2 tbsp black truffle oil
- Fresh chives, chopped
Instructions:
1. Cook pasta in our Kitchen + Metal stock pot until al dente.
2. In our copper saucepan, melt butter and whisk in flour to create a roux.
3. Slowly add milk, whisking constantly until smooth.
4. Fold in cheeses until melted, then drizzle in truffle oil.
5. Toss with pasta and garnish with chives.
