Lift the handle to control the volume and as the handle is moved between left and right, the temperature changes. Move it right for cold and left for hot water. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cb\u003eCut Out Dimensions\u003c\/b\u003e - The cut out in wall should be 4.60” x 4.76” Inches which is properly covered by the trim plate.
